DAVID KEMBEL is the founder of Kembel Tax and Financial Service. In 1992 after a successful career at the United States Postal Service, he began tax prep from his home office. In 2004, David opened Kembel Tax and Financial Service, now with two locations to service Roanoke and the surrounding areas.

David is an Enrolled Agent and can practice in front of the Internal Revenue Service. He is also licensed for life, disability, LTC and Medicare insurance.
